Domestic Shipping within the United States:

Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Our standard shipping method typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery after the order has been processed. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process.

Print on Demand: Some of our products are print-on-demand items, which means they are produced and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners. These items may have longer processing times compared to our standard inventory. Please refer to the product description for estimated production and shipping times.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options.

Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations or fulfillment centers. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Daddio Pets has a 30-day return policy on all non-customized items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hooman@daddiopets.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2902 W Sylvania Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43613 at the customer's expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
